Understanding your body shape is the first step to creating a wardrobe that helps you look your best.
This is often a confusing process because most women either don't know what shape she is, or she fits into more than one shape.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS ON HOW TO FIGURE OUT YOUR BODY SHAPES

Body shapes are about proportion, not size

For example, you can be a Diamond shape (broader shoulders) and be a size 2 or a size 12. Your shoulders would appear less prominent if you are a smaller size, but as long as your shoulders are larger than your hips, then you fall into the Diamond shape.

Your body shape will appear to be different depending on the angle

When you look at yourself in the mirror, you may see a different body shape when you view yourself from the front, side or back.

In general, your body shape is determined by the measurement around your entire body. However, this doesn’t give you the complete picture.
